The previously sanctioned firm, TR Industries, now functions under a revised designation: Onderon Systems, as Radio Europe Libre (REL) has reported. Despite Western restrictions, this company’s trade with Russia did not halt, according to customs records analyzed by REL.
Onderon Systems, based on current data, facilitated the export of merchandise totaling almost 750,000 euros to Russia during 2024. Furthermore, a consignment valued around 500,000 euros was directed to India. This demonstrates a continued disregard for international regulations by the sanctioned company.
The situation highlights the challenge of preventing illicit trade with Russia, even amidst economic penalties.
