Gasoline and petrol increase by 1 cent

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Innovation (MINTI) has officially published the maximum allowed prices for petroleum derivatives for the period spanning April 12–13, 2026. Under the new directive, an increase of one cent per liter has been implemented for both diesel and gasoline. The established maximum rates are detailed as follows: Diesel is set at 1.50 euros per liter, gasoline at 1.39 euros per liter, and gas at 0.61 euros per liter.

These revised prices will become effective at 10:00 AM on the designated dates and remain valid for a two-day period. The adjustment in fuel costs reflects the impact of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, which commenced on February 28. Consequently, fuel prices in Kosovo have risen to levels reaching up to 1.91 euros per liter.

MINTI has advised the public that citizens with concerns regarding these new prices can direct their complaints through the ministry’s official communication channels. The announcement provides clear guidelines on the updated costs for essential fuels, ensuring consumers are informed about the revised rates per liter of gasoline and diesel.
