Concerns over contamination, Sach Pizza publishes documents: No pathogenic bacteria were identified

Several individuals have been linked to suspected cases of food poisoning following consumption of sandwiches purchased at a location belonging to the Sach Pizza chain in Pristina. In response to the reported health concerns, the company Sachpizza released official laboratory findings obtained from the Kosovo National Institute of Public Health (IKSHPK). According to the institute’s report, analysis of the food samples collected did not identify any presence of pathogenic bacteria.

In a formal statement, Sachpizza acknowledged the difficult period the company has recently navigated. The management expressed sincere regret to all patrons who experienced health issues, extending wishes for a swift and complete recovery for the affected individuals. The company emphasized its commitment to transparency and public safety throughout the investigation.

Sachpizza confirmed that, since the initial reports of illness surfaced, the business has maintained active cooperation with both the Ministry of Health and the National Institute of Health. The investigation focused on tracing the source of the alleged contamination associated with the sach pizza products. While the official laboratory results indicated that no pathogenic bacteria were found in the tested materials, the incident prompted heightened scrutiny of food safety protocols within the sector.

Sachpizza continues to work alongside public health authorities to address all concerns raised by the community.
