This vital undertaking represents a 11.8 million denar investment, entirely funded through the “Hungarian Credit.” The Ministry of Environmental Protection played a direct role, contributing approximately 5.8 million denar to the endeavor. Hoxha stressed the critical importance of this project for the safety and well-being of the local populace.
