Ish-lojtari anglez e këshillon Liverpoolin që ta zëvendësojë Salahun me dy anësorë nga Anglia

Liverpool is facing a significant challenge in finding a direct replacement for Mohamed Salah, according to former England footballer Chris Waddle. Waddle believes securing a suitable successor for the Egyptian forward will be exceptionally difficult given the current market. Speaking to the Futboll Gazeta Express on April 5, 2026, Waddle argued that there are currently few players possessing Salah’s specific skillset.

He suggests the club should consider a dual transfer strategy, bringing in two players simultaneously. Waddle specifically highlighted Jarrod Bowen and Anthony Gordon, both currently playing in the English Premier League, as potential targets. Liverpool is at a critical juncture, needing to address Salah’s impending departure, which he has confirmed he will leave at the end of the season.

Despite signing a new contract earlier in the year, the forward’s decision remains firm. The club now faces the task of bolstering its attack while navigating this transition.
