Seven people have been taken into custody in Tirana following a series of arrests related to an incident on March 10th. Four individuals have been charged with the criminal offense of “Destruction of property using explosives,” acting in concert.
These charges stem from the collaborative effort involved in the damaging act. Simultaneously, three others were apprehended for “Assisting the perpetrator of a crime,” also operating together. Investigations revealed that 32-year-old J.
G. was responsible for both the placement and detonation of the explosive material. Those assisting him included individuals identified as K.
A., R. B., and E. L.
They provided crucial support by supplying photographs of the damaged vehicle and pinpointing its precise location. Furthermore, the group secured the bicycle utilized by the perpetrator, identified the location of his temporary shelter, and confirmed the amount of explosive substance involved in the incident.
