Baykar to Unveil Advanced Mizrak Drone at SAHA 2026 Exhibition

Baykar, Turkey’s leading defense manufacturer, will showcase its newest intelligent drone, the Mizrak, at the SAHA 2026 exhibition in Istanbul. The Mizrak represents a significant advancement in long-range unmanned aerial systems. Designed for deep-to-deep operations and extended surveillance, the Mizrak drone boasts a range exceeding 1000 kilometers and an operational endurance of more than seven hours.

The name, derived from the Turkish word for “flight path,” reflects the platform’s intended capabilities. The system is engineered for real-time strike missions and is available in two distinct configurations. One variant is optimized for heavy attacks, incorporating two 40-kilogram combat heads.

The second configuration utilizes a 20-kilogram combat head, alongside a radio frequency detector to facilitate precise target identification. Details released indicate the Mizrak drone incorporates a four-meter arm extension. Baykar’s intention is to demonstrate the Mizrak’s versatility and effectiveness in a variety of surveillance and tactical roles.
