Haradinaj criticizes Kurti: There is no more hope, but a balance of failures.

Ramush Haradinaj, the former head of AAK, delivered a forceful critique of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, arguing that he no longer embodies optimism for the nation’s citizens. Instead, Haradinaj presented Kurti’s tenure as a demonstrable history of ineffective governance spanning numerous years. “Albin Kurti is no longer a promise,” he stated emphatically, “it is a record.”

Haradinaj insisted that evaluating a government’s performance should be based on tangible outcomes within the country, rather than relying solely on political pronouncements.

“The fundamental question is whether Kosovo has become more stable, more functional, and stronger as a state following these years,” he asserted. His response was a resounding “no.”

The former leader highlighted the persistent challenges facing Kosovo, emphasizing the ongoing crises and political disputes. Haradinaj characterized this situation as the current model of governance.

“We have witnessed crisis after crisis, blockades after blockades, and continuous political clashes throughout these years,” he explained. Haradinaj’s comments underscore a significant divergence in opinion between him and Kurti regarding the direction and effectiveness of the government.
