Hundreds of square meters and unauthorized construction: What is being built on the property of Radoiçi in Belgrade?

Construction Activity Raises Questions on Belgrade Plot Linked to Banjska Figure

Belgrade – Investigations by the Balkan Radio Service have revealed extensive construction activity on a plot in Belgrade associated with Milan Radoiçiq, the organizer of the armed attack in Banjska. Hundreds of square meters of construction have occurred on the property. A luxurious, two-story residence, complete with a swimming pool and landscaped courtyard, has been erected on a 40-acre plot within a prestigious Belgrade neighborhood.

The property is enclosed by high walls and situated in close proximity to embassies and villas protected by the Serbian state. According to the report, the construction has not been formally registered with the Serbian construction registry, raising concerns about regulatory compliance. The scale of the development – encompassing hundreds square meters – is significant given the lack of official permits.

City and republican inspectors have been notified of the situation and are reportedly investigating the unauthorized construction. The location of the development, near sensitive diplomatic areas, has also prompted scrutiny. Further details regarding the permits and the extent of the construction are currently under review.
