Brother of Victim Expresses Satisfaction Following Verdict in Liridona Ademaj Murder Case
Following the court’s verdict in the case of the murder of Liridona Ademaj, Leonard Ademaj, the victim’s brother, addressed the public. He stated that the court’s ruling aligns with the family’s assertions regarding the circumstances surrounding Liridona’s death. The court found Naimi and Kushtrimi responsible for the crime, utilizing Granit as the alleged perpetrator.
They have been sentenced to permanent imprisonment. Additionally, Kokalla received a sentence of 30 years. “What was confirmed today is what we have said from the beginning, that Naimi, together with Kushtrimi, by choosing Granit as the perpetrator, carried out this crime,” Ademaj stated.
He emphasized the profound emotional significance of the decision for his family and, more broadly, for the community. “This decision today is not just for us, it is for Liridona and her children, who will never see their mother again,” Ademaj added. The family has maintained from the outset that Naimi and Kushtrimi orchestrated the murder.
The ruling represents a significant outcome in the pursuit of justice for Liridona.
