Oil prices have risen again in Kosovo.

Oil prices have once again increased in Kosovo. Gazeta Express reported the news on March 16th, 2026, at 12:17. Retail markets across the country saw fuel costs reach 1.60 euros per liter on Monday.

According to Fadil Berjani, the Chairman of the Fuel Dealers Association, companies are currently establishing fuel prices between 1.53 and 1.60 euros per liter. Gasoline prices are similarly determined, ranging from 1.34 to 1.38 euros per liter. The wholesale cost of fuel remains at 1.54 euros per liter.

This rise in prices is directly linked to the intensifying conflict in the Middle East. Following attacks, global oil prices have experienced a substantial surge. On March 5th, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Entrepreneurship (MINT) introduced a new regulation.

This regulation establishes specific profit margins, with 2 cents allocated for wholesale sales and 12 cents for retail sales. These adjustments are impacting the overall cost of fuel, with consumers seeing increased prices in euros.
