Prishtina Mayor Submits Annual Asset Declaration
Prishtina’s Mayor, Përparim rama, has formally submitted his annual declaration of assets to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption for the year 2026. The documents, now publicly available, detail a significant portfolio of assets, including investments in commercial companies and a substantial art collection. The majority of these holdings are located outside of Kosovo.
The declaration outlines five key assets, totaling millions of euros in value. Notably, rama reported the acquisition of a property purchased in 2017 valued at over 2.5 million euros. Another significant asset is a residence acquired through the company “4MA LTD,” assessed at 1.17 million euros.
The properties encompass a range of sizes, from 87 square meters to 600 square meters, primarily utilized for commercial purposes. Furthermore, the declaration includes a valuable art collection, reflecting rama’s holdings in this area.
