Kosovo Airport Announces Temporary Terminal Changes Due to Infrastructure Work
Kosovo International Airport “Adem Jashari” has announced temporary adjustments to its arrival and departure procedures at the terminal, stemming from ongoing infrastructure development. The airport will temporarily close both arrivals and departures on May 6th, 2026, for a period of one day, due to necessary technical work. During this closure, travelers are advised to utilize the airport’s former departures entrance for all arrivals and departures.
Operations are expected to resume normal functionality on May 7th, 2026. “We kindly request that for one day you use the old Departures entrance for all flights,” the official announcement stated. “We appreciate your understanding regarding any inconvenience this temporary change may cause.”
Airport officials emphasized that these modifications are a short-term measure to facilitate the ongoing infrastructure improvements.
