Starting on first April, rental prices increased for businesses located in the Youth Palace.

Starting April first, a revised pricing structure will be implemented for property owners within the Youth Palace. The Local Public Enterprise overseeing the palace has announced a new rate of 24 euros per square meter for units situated in the building’s primary row. This adjustment impacts businesses operating within the complex.

New regulations for local businesses at the Youth Palace are being introduced, establishing a tiered pricing system across four distinct zones. Zone A will be assessed at 24.65 euros per square meter. Zone B will see rates of 18.92 euros, while Zone C will be priced at 16.23 euros.

Zone D will have the lowest rate at 11.87 euros per square meter. These revised rates will take effect on April 1st. Over sixty businesses currently located within the youth palace are affected by this change.

Business owners express concerns that these new costs will exacerbate existing financial pressures. The Local Public Enterprise anticipates these adjustments will contribute to the ongoing management of the palace facilities.
