The prosecution’s charges stem from an incident that occurred on December 30, 2025, at the Municipal Center for Vote Counting in Shtime.
During the process of tallying votes for proportional representation, the accused, acting together with a deliberate purpose, violated established electoral regulations and related legal documents issued by the Central Election Commission. According to the indictment, these suspects engaged in coordinated and interconnected activities. Their actions were specifically designed to influence the outcome of the election.
The prosecution asserts that the individuals acted in concert, demonstrating a direct intention to manipulate the results. Further investigation is ongoing.
