The Struga Criminal Affairs Office has concluded a detention involving B.T. (30) and M.P.B. (30), both residents of Struga.
The individuals were initially held under suspicion of involvement in offenses concerning the “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors,” alongside accusations of “facilitating the use of narcotic drugs.”
Police officers conducted a routine inspection of a vehicle, an Opel with a Struga license plate, driven by B.T. A passenger, M.P.B., was also present during the check, which took place on JNA street in Struga. During this inspection, officers discovered that M.P.B.
had discarded a package containing marijuana. The package was subsequently recovered and seized, as reported by Zvezda News from North Macedonia. The investigation centered around the potential trafficking of narcotic materials.
The case highlights ongoing efforts to combat illicit drug activity within the Struga area.
