Noizy Testifies as Trial of Laert Haxhiu Proceeds
Durrës, Albania – Rapper Rigels Rajku, operating under the stage name Noizy, appeared as a witness on Wednesday at the Basic Criminal Court. Rajku’s testimony is part of the ongoing trial concerning allegations against Laert Haxhiu. The trial centers around the incident involving the placement of an explosive device at Noizy’s store in Durrës.
During a previous session, the defense team for Haxhiu requested the examination of approximately 60 witnesses, asserting their testimony was crucial to clarifying the events surrounding the incident. Laert Haxhiu, currently held in the High Security Prison in Drenovë, did not attend the court proceedings in person. Related to the case, Noizy’s legal representatives have requested the inclusion of Bashkim Rajku, the rapper’s father, and Kleviol Ahmetaj, also known as Cllevio, who was extradited from Dubai several months prior.
The investigation relates to an explosion involving approximately 100 grams. The court is currently reviewing the requested witnesses as part of the legal process. Further updates will be provided as the trial progresses.
