Kosovo Constitutional Court Selection: Gazeta Express Recommends Six Candidates
Ahead of the upcoming interviews for the position of judges within the Kosovo Constitutional Court, Gazeta Express has published a list of six candidates recommended for consideration. The recommendations are being presented as part of the selection process for the court. Prior to the interviews, the selection commission has advised that each candidate should submit a report titled “Betimi për Drejtësi” – “The Pledge for Justice.” This document is considered a key component of the initial evaluation.
The commission’s decision to prioritize this report reflects a focus on assessing candidates’ understanding of judicial principles and commitment to upholding the rule of law within Kosovo. The interviews will subsequently be conducted based on this initial screening.
