Peja – Kosovo Police responded to reports of gunshots on “Adem Jashari” street in Peja on Tuesday evening. The incident was reported around 21:50 local time. Initial reports prompted a swift response from police units who immediately secured the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

Driton Rugova, the police spokesperson for the Peja region, confirmed the incident to Telegrafin. “At approximately 21:50, we received notification of gunshots on ‘Adem Jashari’ street in Peja,” Rugova stated. “Police units responded promptly and are currently conducting examinations of the area.”

As of this report, the police have indicated that there have been no reports of injuries related to the incident.
