In response to this growing digital challenge, Arben Fetoshi, the Director-General of the OCTOPUS Institute, has emphasized the necessity for robust institutional countermeasures. Speaking on the “Përballje Podcast” via Telegrafi.com, Fetoshi stressed that Kosovo must establish a stronger, formalized mechanism to combat disinformation.
He highlighted that this need is particularly acute during electoral cycles and when the nation faces external interference.
