Tragic accident on the Gradsko-Prilep road, two people lose their lives

On June 11, 2026, at approximately 1:30 PM, a two-vehicle accident occurred on the Gradsko-Prilep highway, specifically past the exit for Kavadar. The incident involved two separate passenger vehicles originating from Prilep. The vehicles involved were a Skoda Octavia, operated by an individual identified as ZH.R., and a Volkswagen Golf, driven by T.M.

Both vehicles were registered in Prilep. The collision resulted in immediate fatalities. The driver of the Skoda Octavia, along with a 42-year-old passenger identified as B.B., were pronounced deceased at the scene.

This confirmation of death was provided by a doctor from the Kavadar Emergency Team. Regarding the second vehicle, the driver of the Volkswagen Golf sustained serious injuries. These injuries were assessed at the Kavadar General Hospital and necessitated the transfer of the individual to the Complex for further treatment.
