Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, former leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, addressed journalists regarding the procedural steps following the conclusion of the vote counting process managed by the Central Election Commission. In a formal statement, Kurti highlighted that once the election results are officially certified, the primary focus must shift immediately to the constitution of necessary state institutions.
