The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Ferizaj announced the detention of three individuals suspected of abusing their official duties. According to the prosecutor’s statement, the action was taken in coordination with the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Ferizaj. The operation followed a warrant issued by the Basic Court in Ferizaj, which authorized the control and temporary seizure of several houses and premises.
Under the directive of the State Prosecutor’s Department of Serious Crimes, three suspects were detained for a period of 48 hours. The individuals detained are identified as A.S., a notary from the Municipality of Viti, I.M. from Pristina, and F.N.
from the Municipality of Dragash. All three are suspected of involvement in the criminal act described as “Legalization of content.”
The prosecutor’s office confirmed that the search warrant was executed today as part of the ongoing investigation. The detention of the three suspects in Ferizaj is part of efforts to investigate potential misuse of professional authority.
