The Alliance for Albanians asserted that the establishment of the “One Stop Shop” for Albania does not represent a promise from, nor an achievement of, VLEN. The group outlined a timeline detailing the development of the system, noting that preparations commenced in 2019, a governmental agreement was signed on November 14, 2022, and the official inauguration occurred in April 2023. Specifically, the Alliance for Albanians stated that VLEN was neither the initiator, the proposer, nor the implementer of this process.
Consequently, they characterized the facility as “not an achievement,” but rather “the political realization of someone else’s work.”
Furthermore, the group questioned the basis of statements made by Deputy Qoku, suggesting it is politically questionable to claim credit for the efforts of others. They advised that if VLEN possesses the capacity to demonstrate results, they should showcase accomplishments independently during their two years in government. The Alliance for Albanians urged VLEN to present a tangible project for the Albanian population, suggesting that their mandate should be justified by concrete work rather than mere declarations.
