Wanted person arrested with four court orders

Kosovo Police officers from the Fushë Kosovë station recently made an arrest related to narcotics offenses. The police confirmed that a person with the initials D.E. was arrested after being wanted for the criminal charge of “Unauthorized Possession of Narcotics, Psychotropic Substances, or Analogues.”

The detention was executed following a specific court order.

Subsequent to the arrest, the individual was processed to begin serving a mandated prison sentence of eight months. In addition to the custodial sentence, the court order also stipulated that the individual be fined 20,000 euros. The action was reported by Black News Chronicle, detailing the legal proceedings that resulted in the individual’s detention.

The police statement confirmed that the arrest and subsequent sentencing were carried out in accordance with judicial mandates. The charges relate to the unauthorized possession of various controlled substances, underscoring the police department’s ongoing efforts to enforce drug-related laws within the region.
