The renewal of votes, changes to political subjects

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has concluded the official recount of 185 specific votes conducted at the Counting and Results Center. This figure, which represents 7.41% of the total votes cast, was the subject of the CEC’s decision for a comprehensive recount. Following this procedure, initial assessments indicate no significant changes to the overall party vote totals or the established candidate rankings.

The detailed results of the recount show minor adjustments across several major parties. The LVV party recorded a net gain of four votes, increasing its total from 382,865 votes to 382,869 votes. Similarly, the LDK party saw an increase of eight votes, moving its tally from 135,559 votes to 135,567 votes.

Conversely, the PDK party reported a decrease of one vote following the recount, adjusting its count from 157,893 votes to 157,892 votes. The Alliance also registered a minor adjustment, losing two votes, bringing its final recorded total to 54,729 votes. These specific vote adjustments, stemming from the recount, represent the final data points analyzed at this stage.

The CEC has overseen multiple procedural steps to verify the integrity of the vote count. While the recount resulted in minor numerical changes for several parties, the overall structure of the vote distribution remains largely consistent with previous tallies.
