The Municipality of Gjilani recently held a public hearing concerning the Medium-Term Budgetary Framework (MTBF) spanning the years 2027 through 2029. This strategic document is designed to outline the municipality’s comprehensive direction for economic, social, and infrastructural development over the next three-year period. During the session, the Director for Budget and Finance, Avdyl Kastrati, presented the framework.
