Macedonia, the number of electronic services has increased from 120 thousand to 352 thousand

The Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, presented a comprehensive report detailing the achievements of his department over the past two years. He stated that the core objective of digital transformation is to ensure that citizens have access to faster and more readily available public services. Andonovski highlighted significant growth metrics across the national digital infrastructure.

Specifically, the national portal, uslugi.gov.mk, has seen a substantial increase in its offerings, boasting a rise in the number of available electronic services from 120 to 352. Furthermore, the user base has expanded considerably, growing from 110,000 users in 2024 to 266,000 currently. Beyond the portal’s expansion, the Minister noted improvements in institutional connectivity, pointing to an increase in the electronic exchange of data between various governmental bodies, alongside the expansion of physical service centers for citizens.

The central focus of this progress remains the national portal, uslugi.gov.mk, which serves as the designated central digital gateway for accessing state services. While the platform has undergone continuous development, the data presented confirms its successful evolution into a critical resource for the public. These improvements underscore a sustained effort to modernize government interactions, making digital access the primary means for citizens to engage with public administration.
