The data collected will be used to develop a comprehensive European Charisma Index. This index aims to pinpoint geographical areas where initiating conversations proves easiest for newcomers.
To qualify for the role, applicants must demonstrate high levels of energy, sociability, independence, and a genuine enjoyment of human interaction. Logistically, candidates must be prepared to travel within the European Union and maintain a minimalist lifestyle for the duration of the assignment. While not mandatory, proficiency in a second language is noted as an advantage.
