According to the center, the situation has seen significant mitigation, with one fire currently reported under control and sixteen fires completely extinguished. Details regarding the controlled incident indicate that the fire in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod, located in the vicinity of the village Belicë, involved pine forest and low vegetation.
Furthermore, the CMC confirmed that several other incidents were successfully extinguished. These included fires in the Municipality of Gjorče Petrov near the village Kuçkovë, and another near Veles in the area of the village Crkvino. Additional extinguished fires were reported in Negotina, near the village Crveni Bregovi, and in Bogdanci, near the village Stojakovë, where the burning primarily affected low and degraded vegetation.
Other areas where the fires were brought under control include Strumica, near the village Dobrejci; Bosilovo, near the village of the same name; and the Municipality of Vasilevo, specifically within the segment connecting the villages of Çanaklija and Gjeçer. These reports summarize the efforts to manage the recent spread of fires across various open terrains.
