Consequently, all pharmacies that have entered into an agreement with the Fund are obligated to ensure the availability and dispense the medication to insured individuals who require it. The Fund stated that under the terms of this agreement, the designated pharmacies must actively procure and dispense the medicine for the needs of the insured population.
This inclusion on the Positive List signifies a formal commitment to patient access. Patients are advised that the prescription requirement remains in place, but the system mandates that participating pharmacies must stock and dispense Kleksane for covered individuals starting from the specified date.
