An accident involving two passenger vehicles was reported by SPB Tetovë on July 6, 2026, at approximately 11:10 PM near the Gostivar DPB area. The incident involved a Citroen Berlingo, bearing Gostivar license plates and driven by R.J., aged 59, who resides in Gostivari, and a Seat Leon, registered in Skopje and driven by O.R., aged 70, also from Gostivari. According to reports from MPB, the collision resulted in multiple injuries among the occupants.
The drivers, R.J. and O.R., along with several passengers—identified as M.S. (64), Z.I.
(45), and S.R. (60)—sustained serious physical injuries. These individuals were subsequently transferred to the “Nënë Tereza” Clinic Complex in Skopje for advanced medical care.
Furthermore, two other passengers, D.P.G. (59) and P.A. (54), were treated at the Gostivar Medical Center, where their physical injuries were confirmed.
Following the incident, personnel from the DPB Gostivar secured the scene to manage the aftermath of the accident. Authorities confirmed that the local emergency services responded promptly to the site in Gostivar.
