Object damaged at “Zahir Pajaziti” Memorial Complex, police launch investigation

The Kosovo Police have reported an incident involving vandalism and damage to foreign property at the “Zahir Pajaziti” Memorial Complex, located in Orllan, Podujeva. According to a 24-hour report issued by the police department, the damage was observed during the period spanning from May 30th to June 30th of the current year. The police confirmed that units were dispatched to the site upon receiving initial reports.

Upon inspection, officers documented visible damage to both the ceiling structure and the corridor areas within the memorial complex. Following the assessment of the damage, the local prosecutor’s office was officially notified regarding the incident. The case has been formally registered under the charge of “Vandalism or damage to foreign property.” Authorities have confirmed that a thorough investigation into the incident is currently underway.

The police are continuing their inquiries to determine the full extent of the damage and to identify those responsible for the vandalism at the Zahir Pajaziti site. The ongoing investigation aims to establish facts regarding the breach of the property and ensure appropriate legal action is taken.
