Kosovo Police are currently investigating three separate incidents that occurred on Friday in the north Mitrovica area. The investigations cover a suspected arson involving a vehicle and two separate incidents of property damage to automobiles. According to the police report, the first incident took place around 3:00 PM on “Zoran Gjingjiq” street.
A vehicle belonging to a Kosovar woman was observed engulfed in flames. Firefighters responded to the scene and successfully contained the blaze. A fire expert has since assessed the fire, suggesting it was suspected to have been set intentionally.
In a separate matter, on “Mesud Dzekovic” street, an individual reported that a suspect damaged his two vehicles by throwing stones. Police have issued a notice regarding the suspect, and the case remains under active investigation. Furthermore, a third incident was reported on “Minatorëve” street, where a woman filed a report regarding property damage.
Details regarding this third incident were noted in the police documentation. All three cases are currently being investigated by Kosovo Police authorities.
