The recorded footage captured an adult person enabling a 12-year-old child to occupy the driver’s seat and operate the automobile. The police confirmed that on July 9, 2026, the department received the video recording detailing the situation. The footage clearly showed the adult allowing the child to take control of the vehicle while the event was being documented.
Following this citizen cooperation, the police launched an investigation into the matter. The apprehension of the individual is linked to the facilitation of the child driving the vehicle. The police department emphasized that the incident highlighted serious safety risks associated with minors operating motorized transport.
