SPB Kumanovë has initiated a criminal complaint targeting an individual identified as P.A. (18) from Llojan village, Likova Municipality, alongside two minors aged 14 and 15 from Kumanovë. The complaint stems from strong suspicions that the named individuals committed an act constituting “violence,” as defined under Article 386, paragraph 3 of the Penal Code.
According to the filing, on March 13, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM, the accused allegedly lured a 14-year-old girl from her residence. Subsequently, the group persuaded her to enter a room situated near the “Sokolana” sports center in Kumanovë. Inside this location, the complainant alleges that the suspects first insulted the minor and then physically attacked her.
The entire incident was reportedly recorded using a mobile phone. Following the alleged act of violence, the suspects are further accused of intimidating the minor. They reportedly threatened her against reporting the incident or discussing the recorded video, warning that repercussions would follow if she spoke out.
The criminal complaint therefore centers on allegations of physical assault and coercion, filed against the named parties.
