The Municipality of Gjilani has issued a public notice regarding ongoing infrastructure improvements that will affect local traffic flow. Asphalt paving works are scheduled to continue on “Haki Myderizi” street on Wednesday, April 15. According to the municipal announcement, the designated section of the street, spanning from “NATO 99” street to “15 Qershori” street, will be completely closed to general vehicular traffic for the duration of the work.
The closure is scheduled to take effect daily from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM. During these hours, all movement on this portion of the street will be suspended, with the sole exception being authorized emergency vehicles. Consequently, access to the entire Haki Myderizi street area will be temporarily blocked to facilitate the paving process.
The municipality advises all residents and commuters to plan alternative routes to avoid disruptions. Citizens are urged to utilize alternate thoroughfares to ensure continued movement through the area. Authorities have requested the public’s understanding and cooperation as these necessary public works are executed to improve the local infrastructure.
