DAP: Total debt exceeded 13 billion denars

The Public Revenue Directorate (UJP) has released Debtor List No. 07/2026, a comprehensive document detailing outstanding tax and customs obligations owed by both legal and physical persons. This latest iteration of the list identifies a total of 5,156 debtors.

The composition of the list shows an increase in both categories of obligated parties. Specifically, there are 2,007 legal persons listed, representing an increase of 66 compared to the previous publication. Additionally, the number of physical persons recorded has risen by 32, bringing the total count to 3,149.

The debts detailed in this document relate to obligations that matured by March 31, 2026, and remain unpaid as of June 30, 2026. The types of liabilities covered are extensive, encompassing Value Added Tax (VAT), income tax, personal income tax, mandatory social security contributions, excise duty, and customs duties. For the purpose of publication, the list specifies physical persons and self-employed operators with outstanding debts exceeding 120,000 denars.

Concurrently, legal persons are included if their outstanding liabilities surpass 300,000 denars. According to data provided by the UJP, the document serves to inform the public about the scope of outstanding fiscal responsibilities owed by these various persons.
