The closure period is scheduled from 10:30 AM until 6:00 PM on both days. The schedule for the event indicates that official training sessions are set to take place on April 18. The main event, the official race organized by the Kosovo Automobile Federation, will occur the following day, April 19.

Consequently, the organizing committee has confirmed its cooperation with the Kosovo Police and relevant institutional bodies to manage the logistics of the race.
