is accused of possessing 449.16 grams of cocaine within the city of Gjakova. This possession, according to the charges, was unauthorized and intended for sale, with the alleged incident occurring up to May 6, 2025. During the operation conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office, authorities also confiscated an electronic scale and various tools believed to have been used in the packaging of narcotic substances.
Furthermore, the suspect faces accusations concerning the possession of unauthorized firearms, ammunition, and weapon components. These items were allegedly found in the village of Mejë, within the Municipality of Gjakova. The possession of these materials is cited as a violation of the existing Law on Weapons.
