The “Ibër-Lepenc” Hydro-Economic Enterprise has issued a formal directive requiring all residents within the cadastral zone adjacent to Ujman Lake to submit documentation verifying their land and property ownership. According to a document obtained by KosovoPress and dated February 22, 2026, the notice is directed at all citizens who own real estate within the area encompassed by the enterprise’s planned projects. The official communication stipulates that residents must present verifiable proof of ownership.
Acceptable documentation includes the original title deed, a formal purchase or sale contract, or any other legally recognized document that confirms property rights. The enterprise has established two methods for the submission of these records. Physical documentation can be submitted directly to the “Ibër-Lepenc” offices located near the Ujman Dam.
Alternatively, residents are instructed to submit the required materials electronically via the provided email address, info@ib. This directive mandates that the documentation must be submitted within a seven-day timeframe. The requirement is part of the administrative process related to the enterprise’s ongoing development within the specified territory.
Failure to submit the requisite proof of ownership by the deadline may impact the status of the properties in question.
