According to local reporting from Vlorë, initial theories suggest that the cause of the incident may be attributed to the driver experiencing drowsiness or suffering a cardiac arrest. Authorities have stated that the full circumstances surrounding the crash are pending a thorough investigation. The accident resulted in the death of Ilir Haka, aged 52.
Among those injured are Saimir Haka, 22; Qazim Haka, 44; Sako Rexha, approximately 22 years old, and one other individual whose identity has not yet been confirmed. Emergency services responded to the scene following the incident. Authorities are currently examining the site to determine the precise sequence of events that led to the vehicle leaving the roadway.
