The Regional Water Supply Company “Mitrovica” has scheduled planned maintenance works across several locations within Mitrovica to enhance the local water and sewage infrastructure. These planned interventions are designed to improve the overall efficiency and reliability of the municipal water supply network. For the water supply network upgrades, work will take place on multiple streets, including “Dëshmorët e Kombit,” “Lagja Korriku,” “Sherif Jusufi,” and “Liqeni” in the city center.
Additionally, maintenance efforts will extend to the villages of Rahovë and Lushtë e Shupkofc, as well as the City Park area. Separately, sewage network improvements are scheduled for several thoroughfares in Skenderaj. These areas include “11 Marsi,” “Xheladin Kutllofci,” “Xheladin Voca,” “Muzeu,” and “17 Shkurti” streets.
The company has issued a public advisory regarding these activities. Residents and businesses should be aware that during the development of the water supply network, temporary interruptions to the drinking water supply may occur in the affected zones. The company urges the public to take necessary precautions regarding the water service during the scheduled maintenance period.
