Oil price increase trend continues in Kosovo

The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Innovation (MINT) released the established maximum prices for various oil derivatives for Tuesday, April 28, 2026, indicating a continuation of rising trends in oil costs. Under the newly announced decision, the ceiling for diesel fuel was set at 1.73 euros per liter. Gasoline is permitted to be sold at a maximum of 1.52 euros per liter, and the maximum price for gas was set at 0.60 euros per liter.

These revised prices are scheduled to take effect at 10:00 AM, following the Ministry’s determination of the maximum allowed rates for these essential derivatives. The announcement confirms the official pricing structure for the day, reflecting the upward trajectory of the oil market. MINT advised the public to report any discrepancies encountered during the implementation of these maximum prices through designated official channels.

This action aims to ensure adherence to the government-set standards across all fuel sales points. The publication of these maximum prices underscores the Ministry’s role in regulating the retail costs of oil products for consumers.
