LSDM, through a directed initiative, has approached the Constitutional Court regarding the Law on Internal Affairs: Halt the partisanization of the State Tax Administration.

The LSDM has initiated legal proceedings against the Law on Internal Affairs, submitting its challenge to the Constitutional Court. Preparations are now actively progressing for the government’s proposed ten-year strategy aimed at isolating the nation and exploiting its citizens. The Public Prosecution Office and the judiciary are currently operating under significant government influence.

This has resulted in the appointment of prosecutors and judges who align with the objectives of Mickoski, creating a climate of intense partisanship directed towards the Ministry of Interior. Despite widespread crime and pervasive corruption, a serious scandal involving five tons of illicit drugs has reached the highest levels of government. Consequently, an operation is being undertaken within the Ministry of Interior to remove individuals deemed unsuitable and replace them with loyal party affiliates.

The controversial Law on Internal Affairs, repeatedly approved and amended over the past year by the OBRM-PDUKM, remains a central point of contention. This legal challenge, brought forward by the lsdm, will be heard by the constitutional court, highlighting concerns about the direction of the country’s governance.
