The proceedings allege that the group discharged firearms into the air. Specifically, the suspects reportedly used three pistols and one rifle of unknown make and caliber.
The prosecution contends that this reckless discharge of weaponry posed a significant threat, thereby endangering the lives of numerous people attending the event, which was described as a wedding celebration. Furthermore, the prosecutor’s office noted procedural details indicating a risk of flight concerning each of the four individuals involved.
