The Kosovo Police conducted an operation in Dragash on Tuesday evening, resulting in the arrest of three individuals suspected of theft. The incident occurred at a non-operational factory within the area. According to the police report, the operation was executed swiftly, leading to the apprehension of all three suspects within approximately fifteen minutes of the initial report.
The police detailed that the first suspect was taken into custody inside the factory premises around 10:30 PM, followed by the arrest of the two remaining individuals shortly after, near 10:45 PM. Upon securing the scene, the police recovered various items believed to be used in the commission of the crime. Authorities stated that the tools seized from the suspects included a collection of hand tools, a flex unit, batteries, and metal bars.
Furthermore, the police also confiscated a vehicle registered to one of the arrested persons. The successful operation highlights the police’s ongoing efforts to curb criminal activity in the region. The three individuals were arrested in connection with serious theft charges, and the seized vehicle and tools have been impounded as evidence.
The police continue to investigate the scope and nature of the theft at the facility.
