Prince Caffe continues to produce coffee for the interior of Croatia (VIDEO)

At the Prince Caffe facility located in Peja, which operates under the Devolli Corporation umbrella, the production of specialty coffee for the Croatian brand Franck is underway, targeting the domestic Croatian market. The manufacturing process employed by Prince Caffe is comprehensive, spanning several critical stages designed to ensure premium quality from start to finish. The production workflow begins with the meticulous selection of raw coffee materials.

This is followed by rigorous laboratory testing, the precise roasting of beans, and the final grinding and packaging stages. Company representatives confirm that every phase of the process is closely monitored to guarantee adherence to the exacting quality standards mandated by their partner, Franck. Melita Lleshi, the laboratory director at Prince Caffe, detailed the commitment to quality assurance.

Lleshi noted that prior to commencing production runs, the facility underwent a thorough quarterly audit conducted by the Franck quality team, an audit which the company successfully passed. Following this review, the team developed and implemented necessary formulations and advanced testing protocols to maintain the high caliber of the final coffee product. This commitment underscores Prince Caffe’s role as a reliable supplier, ensuring that the coffee distributed under the Franck name meets stringent international benchmarks through their specialized operations at the caffe plant.
