During the proceedings, the President of the KGJK, Rrustem Thaqi, addressed the attendance issues. He noted that some members had informed him of their inability to attend, while others did not provide such notification.
Thaqi expressed criticism regarding the pattern of absences, stating that while he was informed that four members would not be present, no member had submitted a formal request for leave. He emphasized that such conduct regarding participation in the council’s business is unacceptable. The inability to achieve the necessary quorum prevented the council from conducting its scheduled business for the day.
