Conversely, Adnan Rrustemi, a deputy from the Vetëvendosje Movement, dismissed these developments as a “theatrical show.” Rrustemi contended that the path to resolving the current political impasse requires consensus, specifically an agreement on the election of the president. He stated that the focus should not be on dramatic parliamentary maneuvers. “Kosovo does not need theatrical shows and midnight spectacles, but an agreement on the president,” Rrustemi remarked.
The differing statements highlight a significant procedural disagreement within the political landscape regarding the immediate governance structure.
